SPREADING KINDNESS: Vestal Hills' initiative this year is "We are Kindness Superheroes" and this afternoon Vestal Hills Golden Bears put that into practice. First graders in Ms. Monell's class wrote cards to send to the man, Earl, who donated his tree to Rockefeller Center this year. Earl is in the hospital and Ms. Monell and Ms. Coscia thought this would be a great way to spread kindness, in a kind of full circle moment. Last year, a Vestal Hills family donated their tree to be displayed at Rockefeller Center.

The kids' "kindness/get well soon" cards are sure to bring a smile to Earl and his family.
